A refillable silicone capsule you fill with water, seal and freeze. Pull the cap off one end and glide the frozen surface over your face. The meltwater collects inside the body instead of running down your wrist, which is the part that makes an ice cube in a towel not worth doing twice.

It is the do-it-yourself end of the cold routine. You decide what freezes inside it: plain water, cooled green tea, chamomile, cucumber water or aloe.

Two ends, two jobs

The frozen core is a different shape at each end. The narrower end is meant for the eye area, the broader, flatter end for cheeks, jaw and forehead. A silicone cap covers each end, and the collar around the middle is what you hold.

How to use

Open the plug on the side of the body and fill through the opening. The plug stays tethered to the capsule, so it does not go missing in a drawer
Seal it, stand it upright in the freezer and leave it for several hours or overnight
Pull the cap off whichever end you want and work in slow passes. Keep it moving, use light pressure, and do not hold it in one place
Anything you infuse into it is going onto your face, so use ingredients you would already put there

Care

Empty it, rinse it and let it dry between uses, especially if you have frozen anything other than water. Nothing infused should be left frozen in it indefinitely.

Dispatch. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearing. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery. Typically 6 to 9 working days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a promise — customs, weather and carrier delays are outside our control. Orders containing items held at different warehouses may arrive in more than one parcel, each tracked separately, at no extra cost to you.

Tracking. Every order ships tracked. You get the number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. Carriers can take up to 48 hours to show a first scan, so a number that looks inactive on day one is normal.

Returns. 30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, makeup, lash, nail and skincare items can only be returned unopened. The Cryo Facial Ice Roller also carries the 60-Morning Guarantee: use it every morning for two months, and if it has not worked we refund you in full. You keep the roller.
