Shipping policy

We ship worldwide, every order is tracked, and we tell you where your order is. Shipping cost $4.99 flat rate on orders under $100. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so there is no code to enter. The Cryo Facial Ice Roller ships free, on its own, at any order value. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. You will never be charged a shipping cost you have not already seen. Processing time Orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearing. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next working day. Delivery time Standard delivery typically takes 6 to 9 working days from dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a promise: customs clearance, weather and carrier delays are outside our control. If your order runs past the window, contact us and we will chase it. Items in the same order are not always dispatched together. If your order contains products held at different warehouses, it may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel is tracked separately. Tracking Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Carriers can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan, so a number that looks inactive on day one is normal. Delivery address Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, though we will always help you try to recover a misdirected parcel. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped. Lost or undelivered parcels If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund. You are not left holding the loss. Taxes and duties Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country.
