Refund policy

Two things cover you here: a 30-day return policy on everything we sell, and the 60-Morning Guarantee on the Cryo Facial Ice Roller. The guarantee is in addition to your normal return rights, not instead of them. 30-day returns You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Start a return by emailing us from the address you ordered with, telling us what you want to send back and why. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — returns arriving without prior agreement cannot be processed. Who pays return shipping For a change-of-mind return, you cover the cost of sending the item back, and we recommend a tracked service. We do not charge a restocking fee. If the item is damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we pay. You will never be asked to cover return shipping for our mistake. Items that cannot be returned once opened For health and hygiene reasons, the following can only be returned if they are still sealed and unused: Makeup, including lip products, eye products, foundation, powders and palettes False lashes, lash and brow products, and lash application kits Nail gels, polishes, tips, adhesives and nail art supplies Skincare that has been opened, used or had its seal broken, including masks, serums, creams and oils Any applicator that touches the skin, such as sponges, brushes and scrubbers, once used Beauty tools and electrical devices can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong. Those are always covered, opened or not. The 60-Morning Guarantee (Cryo Facial Ice Roller) Use your Cryo Facial Ice Roller every morning for two months. If your under-eyes are not less puffy and your skin does not look calmer, tell us and we refund you in full. We mean this literally. There is no return shipping to pay, no photographs to send, no restocking fee, and nobody will try to talk you out of it. You keep the roller either way. How to claim it: email us from the address you ordered with, any time within 60 days of delivery, and tell us it did not work for you. That is the whole process. 60 days from delivery, not from the order date, so shipping time never eats into your trial. You do not send anything back. Full purchase price refunded, including any shipping you paid on that order. One guarantee refund per customer or household. This is a genuine trial, not a standing offer to restock a freezer for free. Bundles containing the roller are refunded in full under the same terms. This guarantee applies to the Cryo Facial Ice Roller only. Everything else in the store is covered by the 30-day return policy above. Damaged, defective or wrong item Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. There is no limit on how many times you can claim this, and you never pay return shipping for our mistake. Order never arrived Every order ships with tracking. If tracking stalls or the package does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either send a replacement or refund you. Cancellations and address changes We start preparing orders within 24 to 48 hours. Contact us as soon as possible and we will change or cancel the order if it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped it has to be handled as a return. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a little longer to appear on your statement.
