Cost. $4.99 flat rate on orders under $100. Free on orders of $100 or more, applied automatically at checkout, so there is no code to enter. The Cryo Facial Ice Roller ships free on its own, at any order value.
Dispatch. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearing. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next working day.
Delivery. Typically 6 to 9 working days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a promise — customs, weather and carrier delays are outside our control. Orders containing items held at different warehouses may arrive in more than one parcel, each tracked separately, at no extra cost to you.
Tracking. Every order ships tracked. You get the number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. Carriers can take up to 48 hours to show a first scan, so a number that looks inactive on day one is normal.
Returns. 30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, makeup, lash, nail and skincare items can only be returned unopened. The Cryo Facial Ice Roller also carries the 60-Morning Guarantee: use it every morning for two months, and if it has not worked we refund you in full. You keep the roller.
Taxes and duties. Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in the price.
