Hydrogel patches you press under the eyes and leave for twenty to thirty minutes. They are the part of the routine that happens while you are doing something else: put them on, make coffee, take them off, then roll.

Single use. They are a hydrating step, not a treatment, and they will not do anything a good night's sleep does.

What you get

Pack size is chosen at checkout: 8, 10, 20, 30 or 40 patches. Patches are supplied in pairs, so a 10-piece pack is five uses.

How to use

Start with a clean, dry face
Peel the patch off its backing film and place it below the eye, on the orbital bone rather than the lash line
Leave for 20 to 30 minutes, then lift off and pat in whatever is left on the skin
Two to three times a week is plenty. Do not reuse a patch

Ingredients

As supplied by the manufacturer: collagen, vitamin C, vitamin E, hyaluronic acid, provitamin B5 and purified water. Approximately 6 g per patch.

About the gold

The sachet is branded Crystal Collagen Gold Powder Eye Mask by the manufacturer, and the patches themselves are gold in colour. We list them as gold on that basis.

Being straight with you: the ingredient list above is the one the manufacturer supplies, and it does not itemise gold or state a purity. So we do not claim a karat grade, and you should treat the gold as the colour and the branding rather than as an active ingredient doing something for your skin. The collagen and hyaluronic acid are what the patch is actually made of.

Before you use them

Patch-test on your inner arm first if you react to new products. Do not apply to broken, irritated or sunburned skin, and keep them out of the eye itself. Stop if you get stinging that does not settle within a minute.

Dispatch. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearing. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery. Typically 6 to 9 working days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a promise — customs, weather and carrier delays are outside our control. Orders containing items held at different warehouses may arrive in more than one parcel, each tracked separately, at no extra cost to you.

Tracking. Every order ships tracked. You get the number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. Carriers can take up to 48 hours to show a first scan, so a number that looks inactive on day one is normal.

Returns. 30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, makeup, lash, nail and skincare items can only be returned unopened. The Cryo Facial Ice Roller also carries the 60-Morning Guarantee: use it every morning for two months, and if it has not worked we refund you in full. You keep the roller.

Taxes and duties. Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in the price.
